Training the future

Mapcube AS has a strong belief that it order for the future's journalism professionals to thrive, they need to be able to work on the same software that today's professionals use. This is why we have created our "Future News Professionals" Program. It is designed to enable journalism and media educators the ability to acquire our news graphics software at a special educators discount.

Use the program to teach students how news and general programming is put together. News, weather, documentaries and so on utilize map creation software. Add some Photoshop symbols to the map in Mapcube and create basic weather shows. Create pans and zooms for documentaries and news programming. The possibilities are endless.

Costs

The first level pricing allows schools the ability to use the software for educational purposes. For a small nominal fee, the schools are also given the rights to use the software within their schools newspapers, web site and/or television shows.
